The Unworthy - Agustina Bazterrica

I liked the ending because our narrator broke the cycle of abuse, but I felt the story was vague and confusing. We didn’t know all that much of the world around us. I felt more of the page count could have been lent to world building, we get some events of the narrator’s past but I felt that more could’ve been done to see the cause of the Water Wars and the outcome over the fight for scarce resources, how our narrator became engrained in the Convent’s beliefs, etc. - still a good quick read!
