I'm currently dogsitting and I straight up had a nightmare scenario happen last night. I went out to a comedy show and stayed out 45 minutes after. I get home and this puppy (an old puppy, 14 years old to be exact) was barking, but so rapidly and violently that it actually sounded like she was dying.
