Our Goals for 2026

Dong - 

My goals for 2026 are to just live more intentionally. Obviously I am trying to get 10k steps daily and maintain a workout schedule, but I also want to focus on my diet, not to "get skinny" but for health. I want to eat and drink my skincare, I want to eat foods that keep my joints strong, I want to balance my gut health through food. I have recently been diagnosed as Chinese via tiktok and Im gonna lean into it. I also want to spend time learning a language and of course devote more time to reading and learning about new things. I am very ambitious this year but I think that last year was so bad that I have the internal drive to take charge of this year.

My goals for this year are to upkeep healthy habits that I’ve built last year, actually maintainable and realistic standards I set for myself like: walking 10k steps a day, work out 4-5x a week, read 10 pages of a book a day, and 3 hours a week minimum dedicated to my hobbies (snowboarding, sewing, playing music, etc.). To do something new, I was gifted a journal and I would like to start doing a weekly paragraph journal entry! I’ve really enjoyed my newsletter and creatively pouring time into that project, so I need journaling is a natural evolution for me. 

Poob -

Last year, I started to build up my wardrobe to clothes that actually speak to me and that I can mix and match them and build outfits. I want to be intentional with my outfits and start taking fit pics again. I want to work out at least once a day, whether it's a walk or something else. I want to be more "analog," being intentional with my own time. I want to save up for a desktop so I can game! I also want to create more.
