The Long Walk - Richard Bachman/Stephen King

I just watched the movie this Sunday. The book and the movie have different endings! I won't tell you what happened in either ending but just know, they don't match up.

Ray Garraty, like other boys in this book signed up for the Long Walk. The rules are simple, walk at a 4mph pace or die. You get 3 warnings, upon the 3rd warning and you still haven't picked up speed you "buy your ticket."

This book was slow only because it was nonstop walking for 5 days and you felt those hours in the book.

Those poor boys.. 3.5 stars.
