The Hunger Games Trilogy - Suzanne Collins

I chose to rate this as a trilogy because it was too much to rate individually. The original three novels in this universe are absolute juggernauts of young adult fiction/dystopian literature. I reread these books to prepare for Sunrise on the Reaping, but also to see how well they have held up over time. These books are still as emotionally raw and well-written as I remember. The only thing that brought this series from being a 5/5 to a 4.5/5 was that as Katniss progresses in the series, she does less and less. In Mockingjay, Katniss spends a majority of the story just dinking around in District 13. Otherwise, fantastic.
