The House of My Mother - Shari Franke

This was a difficult book to read, knowing about the Ruby Franke case. It was sobering and heartbreaking to see Shari fight so hard to free her younger siblings, struggle with her self-worth, and be abused by trusted adults inside and outside her family. But ultimately, this is a story of healing and forgiveness and resilience. Highly recommend!
