Monstrilio - Gerardo Sámano Córdova

This book is a DNF. I was under the impression that this book would be a story about a monster made from the lung of a couple's dead son. I was under the impression that the monster would remain a monster. Not turn into a boy, filling the void of the once dead child.

This story was told from 4 different perspectives and all of them that I got through were insanely boring. Also they all have kinky sex for no reason? Doesn't move the plot forward at all.

Spoiler: the moment they cut off Monstrilio's arm tail off it was over. They took the monster out

of him.. For what? Your son back? What fucking expectations your monster has to live up to now..

This book is considered horror and I think that was entirely wrong. The scariest part about this book is the cover. Such a shame bc the cover is beautiful. Horrible story between the pages.
